To update the bank account from which retirement plan contributions are drafted, upload a completed copy of our ACH Authorization Form along with a copy of a voided check or a bank letter that contains the ABA routing number and account number to using our secure file upload system.
After your bank information is submitted, we will add the account to your plan and remove any accounts that you indicated on your form. Please note that the Charles Schwab Trust Bank will initiate a 3-5 day prenote test on your account to make sure that it's ready to accept ACH bank draft instructions.
After prenote testing is complete, your new account will be ready to use.
