If your payroll provider won't submit your payroll data to ERISA on your behalf, it's best to delegate that responsibility to someone in your payroll or accounting department that has the ability to reconcile your payroll data against what we process in our system.
Our service team will be glad to work with anyone you designate in your company to submit data to us each pay period.
We can help them understand the proper payroll system settings, explore export formats that are compatible with our system, and teach them about how to upload the files using our secure file Secure File Upload Site.
